The questions that decide whether a job goes smoothly, answered plainly.

A technician calls you back within one business day to confirm the scope and arrange a site visit. If you leave an email address, you also get a written confirmation of what you asked for.

Because a price without measured loads and a look at the existing supply is a guess. We walk the site first, then issue a written scope priced against materials and labour, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Yes. Solar, backup power, wiring, switchgear, CCTV, access control and gate automation are all installed by the same team, surveyed and documented once instead of three times.

Upgrades, fault-finding, extensions and rewires are routine for us. The survey checks the existing supply and boards first, and anything non-compliant gets written into the scope rather than quietly covered up.

Documentation, a walkthrough of the system, and a direct line for servicing or emergency call-out. You should know where things isolate before the team leaves site.
